An in-person punch needle embroidery class covering everything you need to get started!

About this event

Learn punch needle embroidery in this relaxing class, with easy and clear instructions and all tools provided! You'll be able to choose from a small or medium sized hoop, and thin or thick yarn. We'll be on a lovely little terrace above the SoLo Craft Shop in Elephant and Castle.

Class length: 3 hours

Skill level: beginner to intermediate

Kit Contents: hoop, needles, linen or monk cloth fabric, yarn, threader

~ Includes a full kit where you are able to take home the punch needles and yarn if you don't get time to finish your designs. Inclusive of one free drink from the bar ~

About the educator: Loulou is a London-based illustrator and painter who provides bespoke painting services for private clients, and editorial illustration for commercial use. She has worked with the likes of Alltrue, Bloom, Underpinned and L'officiel China. Getting into punch needle over the first lockdowns, Loulou enjoys it as a more tactile medium as well as the therapeutic effect it has.
